Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist in LATAM, primarily Mexico, to blend strategy and action, where insights directly shape the evolution of our AI platform and ensure customer satisfaction. As part of our dedicated team, you will onboard, guide, and support our grower customers in the utilization of our AI platform to capture farm efficiencies in team productivity and plant health. The Ideal person has a green thumb with a lean, tech twist - expertise in agri-tech or agronomy isn't just a plus, it's the combination of customer empathy, lean methodology know-how and operational excellence mindset that will flourish in this role.


What would you be doing?

We are customer-obsessed and our goal is industry leading customer service. You will support the growers in onboarding and training of our platform, monitor their user and impact metrics, and answer any customer requests to ensure every grower can transform their farm into a lean factory. This role will involve regular site visits to the customer farms and responding swiftly to customer requests. Be our farmers' champion, leveraging your expertise in navigating customer lifecycles to cultivate lasting relationships and grow success stories.


Responsibilities?

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, fostering strong relationships at all levels from Growers to C-suite, serving as counterpart to sales by identifying impact opportunities.
  • Lead the customer journey post-sale, which includes implementation, in-field and remote training, regular reviews of productivity and plant health metrics, and developing insights to drive adoption, retention, and growth according to defined KPIs.
  • Develop deep expertise in Adaviv’s AI platform and customer needs, gathering feedback to identify efficiency opportunities and inform product pipeline discussions with the product team.
  • Respond swiftly to customer requests and conduct regular farm visits with the flexibility to travel during the week.
  • Proactively contribute to the growth and development of the Customer Success team.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken english.
  • Fluency in data and lean methodologies - exhibit analytics prowess
  • 2+ years of experience in startups or high-pace environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a Consulting role.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop client relationships - ability to build relationships, trust and align expectations in complex organizations to drive impact.
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to simplify complexity. You have attention to detail and are able to synthesize and provide the big picture.
  • Bias for action, proactive team player and effective in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics software such as Tableau, relational databases and Python programming is a plus.
  • Degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in Agri-tech, Agronomy and/or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the US; background check may be required.


Role Structure:

  • This role requires full-time engagement.
  • Remote and frequent travel for site visits to farms and conventions.
